Monday Madness

I have missed my blog. I haven't had an opportunity to blog in over a week. 
But at the same time, this past week has been a blast! We spent some amazing time with family laughing, reminiscing, and making memories. It was such a special time together.
I had wonderful intentions on getting a lot of books read, but really couldn't pass up the fellowship in exchange for reading, so am running a bit behind schedule. I am sure you can relate. So bear with me, I will get back on track, soon.

This week will be full of catching up for me, housework, laundry, blogging, sewing, as well as, other things.

I do have a few books I will be reviewing this week.

All I will say right now, is don't take this book with you to the Smokey Mountains as a relaxing read.

Ishtar's Odyssey

I mentioned this book a few weeks ago. I can't wait to share it with you.

I have so much to be thankful for. God has blessed so much and I am learning every day to be grateful. Yesterday morning's sermon was wonderful on Turning Tasks into Joys (I Cor. 10:31; Col. 3:17) by doing all things "as unto the Lord". What an awesome challenge!
Our evening challenge brought by my dad, was a lesson on the plentiful harvest and the lack of laborers, as well as the need to pray for an increase in laborers. There are so many souls waiting to hear the good news of the gospel.
