Eye Catching Creative Children's Book

Made for a Purpose is a beautifully illustrated picture book with simple text that draws readers of all ages into the world of each animal represented. The text instills in readers the truth of God’s amazing intelligent design, leading them to think about and explore their world with the understanding that the incredible things they find all point the back to God’s vast wisdom.

This delightful book appeals to the “Why?” in every child, using it to lay a foundational understanding of God’s wisdom undergirding everything.

This is the first book in my “Joyful Creation,” series. Five books are planed for this series. All of them will use the same style of
simple text and animal illustrations to communicate it’s message. Themes will show children: The love God has for them, How God designed teamwork makes things easier, How God always knows where they are, and one having to do with birds – which is still formulating.

My Take:
This book is so creatively illustrated! I just love all the little creatures and the different things they are doing in each picture. There is great attention to detail. It tells how God made everything and then describes the purpose of the beavers, turtles, ducks, woodpeckers and frogs. The book ends with "God made you for a purpose too, so you can know Him and enjoy His creation."

This book is part of Kristie's Joyful Creation Series and I can't wait to see what she comes up with next. It's not a very long book, but it is very well done. I enjoyed just taking time to study each creature and their page with all the interesting little features that were added.

This book was provided to me free by Book Crash and the author to review. All opinions are my own and I was not asked to post a positive review.

Told through rhyme from a child's point of view this book on boundaries empowers each child to say no when others approach them in ways that make them uncomfortable. It also gives clear instructions on what to do if they are approached in an unwanted manner. The questions at the end of the book provides an easy transition for counselors and parents to open a discussion to prevent abuse or to further explore if abuse has occurred.
