Mi Vida Loca

PLEASE, BEAR WITH ME...    It seems like since the end of last year things have been quite topsy-turvy in my life.  First, various members of the family were sick, then as of about a month ago, we have had company in and out for extended periods of time. Needless to say all this has kept me a bit out of sinc and a little off schedule.  In spite of my enjoyment for blogging, my "spare" time seems to be spent catching up with daily chores, and other responsibilities that are of higher priority. As you can probably tell, I am getting a little behind on my posting my reviews.
Here are some books I am either reading or have finished and will hopefully SOON be able to post my reviews:

Elizabeth Avery is a stunningly beautiful woman. But her perfectly managed exterior hides the ice cold heart of a killer. She ingeniously manipulates everyone who crosses her path to do exactly as she wishes--from crime reporter Cassidy Shaw, who thinks Elizabeth is her new best friend, to a shy young man Elizabeth persuades to kill for her. As Elizabeth leaves a trail of bodies in her wake, Federal prosecutor Allison Pierce and FBI agent Nicole Hedges must piece together clues from seemingly unrelated crimes. Can they stop her before she reaches her unthinkable, ultimate end-game?

Encourage your kids to enjoy reading with this high-energy, adventure-filled approach! With 101 Action Adventures from the Bible, kids will find themselves interacting with and learning from the life lessons provided by Scripture from the New Living Translation.
When two childhood friends die of cancer six weeks apart, the shared experience of loss brings their two grieving spouses together. In The Color of Rain, Michael and Gina Spehn share the two sides of their story, how they each suffered the loss of their spouse, their journey of mourning, and how they were able to find hope and love again. You'll be moved and inspired by this remarkable true story of tragedy and new beginnings.

This book is amazing!! I so enjoyed reading it and can't wait to post my review.

I also will be reviewing this collection from Dayspring's Inspired Deals within the next couple weeks and hosting a Dayspring $20 giveaway!  So please stay posted, and hopefully you will forgive my slowness....
Thanks for bearing with me.
