The Holiday Rush

Well... The HOLIDAYS are in full swing...
And if you are a bit like me, so is the holiday crunch!
Of course, there are some out there - unlike myself - who may have it all together this time a year. (smile) My hats off to you!

Between extra seamstress jobs (for which I am extremely thankful), Thanksgiving festivities, family in town, a Christmas parade, practice, program, and all the loose ends to tie up.... Life is getting ahead of me. Hence, I am a bit off kilter with my reading and blog posting.
Our Parade float was Grand Prize Winner
As much as I enjoy blogging, reading, and connecting with those of you who are book lovers like me, my blog takes second place to "real life", family, and other obligations; because alas, it is mostly a well-loved hobby.

So, I want to say THANKS for reading,
                           Thanks for understanding
Thanks for bearing with me when life gets hectic.

I aim to get a few book reviews up soon, as I have quite a few to post on some great books I have been reading.

They will capture your heart, as well as you child's.  Each page consists of a different animal going to sleep, written in poetic style with the animal sound and name of the animal at then end of each prose. The last page affirms how God made all these animals and "me too"! The child will learn about
