My Take:
My daughter and I read this book together and she really enjoyed it. We have actually read it through several times. It is a fun story about two under sea friends who go together to an amusement park. One of them is afraid to ride the roller coaster and keeps making excuses not to ride, while all the time claiming not to be afraid. Finally, after a quick call to her mom and some great advice, she gathers up her courage and gets on. When her fear flares up, she prays "Please, Jesus, help me not to be afraid and keep me safe. Amen"

The moral of the story is to ask God to help us when we are afraid, no matter what it is. He gives courage to do what we need to do.

We enjoyed this book. The pages are illustrated in bright beautiful, very colorful illustrations. Overall the book ran smoothly, there was one place though I felt like there was just a small gap in the story line. Of course, a child probably would never notice.

I am thankful for Book Crash providing me a copy of this book for review. I was only required to give my honest opinion.
