A Song Unheard by Roseanna White

Willa Forsythe is both a violin prodigy and top-notch thief, which makes her the perfect choice for a crucial task at the outset of World War I—to steal a cypher from a famous violinist currently in Wales.
Lukas De Wilde has enjoyed the life of fame he’s won—until now, when being recognized nearly gets him killed. Everyone wants the key to his father’s work as a cryptologist. And Lukas fears that his mother and sister, who have vanished in the wake of the German
invasion of Belgium, will pay the price. The only light he finds is meeting the intriguing Willa Forsythe.
But danger presses in from every side, and Willa knows what Lukas doesn’t—that she must betray him and find that cypher, or her own family will pay the price as surely as his has.

My Take:
I was soo relieved when I was finally able to turn the last page of this book and put it down! But... probably not for  the reasons you may just assume! It was disrupting my life! Seriously, How much time can a mama spend in the bathroom without someone getting suspicious or needing to use it? And... how much more guilt could I live with for reading instead of doing my housework and other obligations! I needed to get through with this book, so I could get on with my life! When your a mom with children, working from home, homeschooling, etc... etc... How much time do you really have to read? And yet, when Roseanna writes a book... You'll find the time, make the time, invent time... whatever it takes. She is just that good!

This book is incredible, amazing, and even though I didn't think she could improve after book one... I have got to say, book two was just as good if not, better!! I fell in love with the characters, the music theme, and the way she wove the story of redemption and faith throughout the pages. The villains were cutthroat, the suspense agonizing, and the tension builds the further you read. The unexpected twists will have you reeling - What???
I didn't really want it to end, but I did want to get to the end... If that makes any sense!

What more can I say about this book? Pick it up! Read it! Roseanna is one of my favorite authors. I have loved every one of her books I have read so far, and that is quite a few.

I received a free copy from the publisher (Bethany House) to read! And I am so thankful I did. All opinions on the book are my own, and I was not asked in any way to review it positively.

Meet Roseanna M. White:
She is a bestselling, Christy Award nominated author who has long claimed that words are the air she breathes. When not writing fiction, she’s homeschooling her two kids, editing, designing book covers, and pretending her house will clean itself. Roseanna is the author of a slew of historical novels that span several continents and thousands of years. Spies and war and mayhem always seem to find their way into her books…to offset her real life, which is blessedly ordinary. You can learn more about her and her stories at www.RoseannaMWhite.com.

The last page affirms how God made all these animals and "me too"! The child will learn about ...
