Joni Eareckson Tada is the founder of Joni and Friends, an organization accelerating Christian outreach in the disability community that numbers 610 million people worldwide. This organization operates out of the new Joni and Friends International Disability Center located in Agoura Hills, California. My Take:

This beautiful pocket/purse size hardback devotional is inspirational. It includes a devotional for every day of the year. The devotionals are short and easy to read, yet powerful and encouraging. Each one includes a Scripture to read, which is something I really like about this devotional, and ends with a prayer. A lot of books only include one verse, but this one has an actual passage you read before reading the author's writings.
Joni is experienced with suffering, disability and trusting God. You can sense that through her words. She offers hope, inspiration, and definitely takes us back to the One who can help us in any situation, by bringing honor and glory to HIM.
I am looking forward to gathering glimpses of my Lord in the pages of this book this year.
I would definitely recommend it.
